Conversion Disorder aka Functional Neurological System Disorder

This neurological condition comes with physical and sensory problems that manifest in the forms of numbness, paralysis, seizures, blindness, deafness and other nervous system symptoms. The interesting aspect is that none of these symptoms can be explained by medical evaluation and testing.
