If you have tight hips, thighs, back and shoulders, this is the practice initiative for you. Even if you have discomfort and pain you will be offered modifications to help you access the general form of the posture with your current contraindication. We begin at Stage One and move Slow and Steady. As you continue to practice on a weekly basis you will begin to shift your current condition and will be able to move to Stage Two over time.
